Hamilton Collision Repairs use a colour mixing system capable of creating thousands of colour shades of paint. Working from a computer generated colour formulation – literally a recipe for the colour – a technician will use digital scales to weigh carefully calculated amounts of various coloured mixing tinters. This creates the perfect colour match for your vehicle.

When applied and then baked in a dust-free spraybooth, the result is a paint finish with a superb colour match, and the same high levels of gloss and long term durability the car had when new.

We choose to use the hi-tech Car-o-liner chassis repair equipment to realign vehicles with precise accuracy.

Data is transferred from a Measuring slide on the Chassis Machine and delivered via blue tooth back to software which determines the exact accuracy of the vehicles chassis, guaranteeing measurements being within manufacturers specifications.

Car-o-Tronic is a photo-based measuring system, allowing you to measure any point anytime while monitoring the pulling process. The damage and several measure points are shown graphically on screen during the repair. Finally a print-out can be made documenting that the vehicle is accurately repaired.

The system gives the speed and accuracy to offer quality and more efficient repairs.

We can help with your insurance claims as we are a pre-approved repairer. All you need to do is contact us – we will then submit a digital assessment to your insurance company, complete the work and you come and collect your repaired vehicle.
